Ingenium Novum Dev LLC operates DealJacketPro (“DealJacketPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service that helps dealerships organize paperwork, extract information, review issues, and send approved information and documents to DealerCenter.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through our website, application, connected equipment, and support services.
1. Our role and your dealership’s role
We process account, billing, service, and support information to operate DealJacketPro and manage our relationships with dealerships and users.
We process documents and business records submitted by a dealership on that dealership’s behalf to provide the service. The dealership decides which information to submit, who may access its workspace, and which information to transfer to DealerCenter.
Dealerships are responsible for having appropriate authority to collect, submit, and process information through DealJacketPro, including providing required notices and obtaining consent where required. This responsibility applies to information about customers, employees, vendors, and other people whose information appears in dealership records.
This policy does not replace your dealership’s privacy notices or legal obligations.
2. Information we collect and process
We receive information from users and dealerships, through their use of the service, and from connected services when authorized.
Account and dealership information. Names, email addresses, authentication information, optional profile information, dealership details, workspace settings, memberships, roles, permissions, and information associated with verification, invitations, password resets, and account access.
Documents and business records. Uploaded or scanned paperwork, vehicle photos, extracted information, review decisions, corrections, vendor details, expenses, approvals, transfer history, and related vehicle, customer, and deal records.
These materials may contain personal information, including names, addresses, contact details, signatures, identification information, and financial or transaction details. We may process information about people who do not have DealJacketPro accounts when their information appears in records submitted by a dealership.
Equipment information. Information needed to register, identify, configure, and connect authorized computers, scanners, and other supported equipment.
Communications. Contact form submissions, support requests, emails, internal dealership messages, and associated information such as participants, timestamps, ticket status, and delivery information.
Billing and usage information. Selected plans, billing contacts, monthly vehicle usage, and payment or transaction information needed to administer accounts, process payments, and apply plan limits.
Technical and service information. Information about access to and use of the service, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, connection information, errors, security events, and relevant account, document-processing, and transfer activity.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and manage accounts, verify users, and administer dealership access.
- Connect authorized equipment and support scanning and file uploads.
- Organize records, analyze documents, and identify information that may require review.
- Carry out authorized transfers and maintain records of their results.
- Provide messaging, support, and service-related communications.
- Administer plans, vehicle allowances, billing, and payments.
- Maintain service reliability, investigate problems, and protect against misuse or unauthorized access.
- Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
4. Artificial intelligence and document processing
DealJacketPro uses third-party artificial intelligence and document-processing services to analyze submitted documents, extract relevant information, and identify items that may require review.
These providers may process submitted documents, images, text, and relevant record information. When those materials contain personal information, that information may also be processed as part of the analysis.
We retain analysis results and supporting information to provide the service, support review and corrections, and avoid unnecessary repeat processing.
Provider processing and retention depend on the services used and applicable agreements. This policy does not promise that information submitted for analysis is never retained.
Analysis may produce errors. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing information requiring attention and approving information before it is sent to DealerCenter.
5. Dealership access and messaging
Dealership information is available to authorized users according to their access and permissions. Dealership administrators manage employee access to the workspace.
Internal dealership messaging is separate from DealJacketPro support. Internal conversations are made available to their participants through the service.
Authorized DealJacketPro personnel may access information when reasonably needed to operate, maintain, secure, or support the service.
6. Support and communications
We process information you provide through our Contact form, support email address, and DealJacketPro Inbox to investigate requests and respond to you.
Support conversations may be tracked as tickets, including their messages, reference numbers, status, and history. Authorized DealJacketPro personnel may access this information to provide support.
We use communications providers to deliver account emails, such as verification messages, invitations, and password resets, and to send and receive support communications. These providers may process email addresses, message contents, and delivery information.
Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive customer information in support requests.
7. Transfers to DealerCenter
Authorized users can direct DealJacketPro to transfer approved information and selected documents to DealerCenter. DealJacketPro may also receive relevant information from DealerCenter to support authorized record matching, preparation, and verification.
Once information is transferred to DealerCenter, its handling is subject to the dealership’s relationship with DealerCenter and DealerCenter’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Deleting or changing information in DealJacketPro does not automatically delete or change copies held in DealerCenter.
8. Billing and payments
We use billing, plan, transaction, and usage information to administer paid accounts, process payments, maintain billing records, and apply monthly vehicle allowances.
Payment processors and other billing service providers may process information needed to complete transactions. The payment arrangements and any additional disclosures applicable to a purchase will be presented when payment information is collected.
Do not submit payment-card or bank-account details through support messages.
9. How we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to provide the service and for the purposes described in this policy.
Recipients may include:
- Authorized users within your dealership.
- Artificial intelligence and document-processing providers.
- Cloud infrastructure, hosting, and security providers.
- Email delivery and communications providers.
- Payment processors and billing service providers.
- Other service providers needed to operate and support DealJacketPro.
- Connected services, including DealerCenter, when authorized by your dealership.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service, or protect the rights and safety of DealJacketPro, users, or others.
Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.
Private Google Drive backups
DealJacketPro’s operator may authorize a private Google Drive connection for disaster-recovery backups. This is an operator-managed backup connection, not a Google Drive integration offered to dealership customers, and it does not connect to dealership customers’ Google accounts.
The OAuth permission may technically permit access to files elsewhere in the authorized Google Drive account. Our backup tools are configured to operate only within the designated DealJacketPro Backups folder; this folder restriction is enforced by tool configuration, not by Google’s OAuth permission. The tools use the authorization to store encrypted backups, inspect backup files and metadata, restore data, and remove expired backup versions.
Backup contents are encrypted before upload, with the recovery password stored separately. Google authorization credentials are stored locally with restricted access. Data accessed through this connection is not used for advertising or AI model training. The operator can revoke access through Google Account settings; revocation does not delete existing backups, which remain subject to retention and deletion controls.
10. Cookies, browser storage, and advertising
We use cookies and similar storage technologies to support sign-in, security, preferences, connected equipment, and continuity of work within the service.
You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may affect sign-in or other features. Clearing browser storage does not delete information held by DealJacketPro.
We do not sell personal information or share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use dealership documents for advertising, and we do not include advertising trackers in DealJacketPro.
11. Retention and deletion
We retain information according to the type of information, the purposes for which it is used, operational needs, legal requirements, and applicable agreements.
Relevant purposes may include providing the service, maintaining dealership records and transaction history, administering billing, responding to support requests, protecting against misuse, and resolving disputes.
Removing information from active use or disabling access does not necessarily result in permanent deletion. We do not promise immediate deletion or a single retention period for all information.
You may contact us about access, correction, export, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority and coordinate with the dealership responsible for the information. Applicable legal requirements or legitimate retention needs may limit what we can delete.
Deleting information from DealJacketPro does not automatically remove copies held by your dealership, email recipients, DealerCenter, or other third parties.
12. Account and dealership closure
Users may contact us about closing their accounts. An authorized dealership representative may request closure of a dealership workspace.
Closing an individual account does not automatically delete records that belong to the dealership. Closing a dealership workspace does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every associated record.
We will handle closure and related deletion requests according to applicable agreements, legal obligations, and the retention considerations described above.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No system or method of transmission is completely secure. Users should protect their account credentials and connected equipment and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.
14. Privacy requests and choices
You can use available account controls to update information and manage access. You may also contact us to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We assess requests under the laws that apply and may need to verify your identity or authority before responding.
If your information appears in records submitted by a dealership, contact that dealership first. We can assist the dealership with requests involving information we process on its behalf.
15. Children
DealJacketPro is intended for dealership business use and is not directed to children.
Dealerships are responsible for having appropriate authority to submit any information about minors contained in their records. Contact us if you believe a child has independently provided personal information through the service.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service or information practices change. We will publish the updated policy with its effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
